Edgar Brandt, Chairman

Edgar Brandt spent 17 years with Arthur Andersen where he was Managing Partner for Switzerland from 1996 to 2002 until the group’s dissolution. He was then Managing Director of BearingPoint (Switzerland) for three years before founding in 2005 Edgar Brandt Advisory SA, a corporate consultancy firm. Edgar Brandt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from HEC Lausanne and a Master’s Degree in Computing and Organization. He also is a Swiss Chartered Accountant since 1992. He is a member of management and audit boards of companies in the financial and services sectors, and an active member of various professional organisations.

Jean-Blaise Eckert

Jean-Blaise Eckert studied law at the University of Neuchâtel, graduating in 1987 and obtaining his lawyer’s licence in 1989. He also has an MBA from Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Jean-Blaise Eckert has been a partner of law firm Lenz & Staehelin since 1999. Active in tax, commercial and banking matters, Jean-Blaise Eckert advises both multinational companies and private clients. He sits on the board of directors of Compagnie Financière Richemont SA and of a number of Swiss entities forming parts of international groups. He is also Secretary General of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

Nicholas Hochstadter

 

Nicholas Hochstadter is the founder and CEO of Investment by Objectives SA, a firm that specialises in creating digital tools to assess, monitor and compare the performance of financial portfolios. Before founding IBO in 2005, Mr Hochstadter worked in portfolio management at Credit Suisse in Geneva and Zurich from 1995 to 2002, then at Ferrier Lullin & Cie SA (UBS Group) as Head of discretionary portfolio management from 2003 to 2004. Mr Hochstadter is a graduate of the École de Management et de Communication in Geneva.

Henric Immink

Henric Immink has since 2016 been a partner of law firm Python in Geneva, specialising in banking law, tax law and mergers and acquisitions. After obtaining a law degree from the University of Geneva and a lawyer’s licence in 1994, Henric Immink was successively Senior Manager in charge of the Legal Department at Price Waterhouse in Geneva (1995–1998), partner with law firm Suter (1998–2001), partner of Python (2002–2010) and General Counsel and member of the Executive Board of EFG Bank AG in Zurich (2010–2015).

Jean-Luc Rochat

Jean-Luc Rochat has spent his entire career in Credit Suisse Group, where he has held a number of positions, with various responsibilities, in Geneva, Zurich, Singapore and, since 1998, Lausanne, where he was first in charge of the Vaud region, then, from 2009 to 2017, responsible for the French-speaking region of Switzerland (Vaud, Valais, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Jura and Bernese Jura) and for Private & Wealth Management. Jean-Luc Rochat holds a Master’s Degree in Economics (Business Management) from HEC Lausanne.
